Most items are shipping from Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Occasionally some items such as Invicta lithium batteries will be drop shipped from the supplier.
SolarBox Australia offers free shipping for a large range of products across our store. Products of certain weights or delivery states will include a delivery charge. There is a calculator you can use in the cart area to get a shipping quote before checking out, or you can view our shipping rules here

Most of our orders we ship with Australia Post or Startrack. Some larger orders with items on a pallet will be shipped with TNT, Allied Express or TFM Xpress.
We stock a lot of the common products on our store, however it's not possible to stock everything. Yes, if you would like to pick up your order from our Warehouse in Port Melbourne you can select Pick Up at the checkout process. Please allow at least 2 hours and we will contact you when the order is ready. If you need the product urgently please call us prior to ordering to ensure we have it available for you.
